Open SharePoint Designer 2013 and add the url of the site you are going to open

It appears logon office 365, add our authorized mail

We see the SharePoint Designer 2013 interface connected to SharePoint Online (Office 365)

 
We press on workflows
 
 
We chose the workflow option and took the option list management, is a document library you created earlier
 
 
We add the name of the workflow
 
 And we have created the workflow, yet no functionality
 
 
We add an action within phase 1 (in our case assigned task)
 
 
 
 
We press on the "This user" and add the (or users) that will assign the task
 
 


After assigning task will create a step to send an email to the person assigned


 
 
 
 
We choose the link "these users" and add the (or users) to send email
 
Publish WorkFlow
 
 
 
 
 
We upload the file in the list Gerencia within the portal
 
 
 And we check in the mail that gets the assignment
 
 and we have a workflow that sends an email using SharePoint Designer 2013 on SharePoint Online
